Online tutorial for Rhino 4.0

It could help... But it looks like a lot of it is really focused on explaining how various specific functions of Rhino work though.

You would be sort of better off with something that was more focused on producing some models and showing the different NURBS modeling strategies for different kinds of model construction (more like, "sweep this shape", "extrude this", "trim this part off", etc...) , rather than a kind of "item by item" explanation of Rhino's UI and specific tools though.

But even so it is fairly likely to have information in there that would apply to MoI as well.

Maybe a sort of "computer graphics dictionary" reference like this would help?
