Michael,

On the Lynda.com website there is a tutorial for Rhino 4.0.

http://www.lynda.com/home/DisplayCourse.aspx?lpk2=59223

Although it is for a different product, it appears to cover much of the basic foundation of 3D modeling. Since I am weak in understanding these basics, I'm wondering if it would be worth it to go through these things using Rhino as a basis, since there isn't anything similar for MoI.

Are you familiar with this tutorial or the author? Do you think it would be worth putting down $25 to try to learn about these things this way? When I see you referring to splines, NURBS, meshes, surfaces, normals, and many other things that you use in this program, I get lost very quickly. Do you know of any other resources that might be available to help me come up to speed on these things?

Just a simple question...;^)

Thanks,
Mark
