Hi Sean, when you are in the View/Image command, grab nearby the inside corner of an image and then when you drag, you will be placing that corner point of the image and you can drag it to some other image's corner point where it will snap on.
You want to grab on the inside part of the corner for that kind of movement, if you grab near the outside of the corner you will get the scaling grip.
