I didn't realise it was so small, my problem is though that when you turn the edges off
the surfaces don't look like they join up very well at the fillets and they look messy.

Similar to how it looks in the picture I posted, I tried resizing the object and different sized fillets and
sometimes it looks ok when the edges are turned on but as soon as you turn them off it
still doesn't look right.
