Hi Dan also another problem I just noticed - there is at least one teeny tiny edge fragment in there as well, instead of having a more simple edge structure with longer edges.

For example here:






That kind of fragmented edge structure adds complexity to the model and can make things even more difficult for shelling or filleting as well.
