Well this is supposed to be the samsung sgh 820 ... I can't figure out how to make the slider part have at the same time a curved base and still slide horizontally ... it's a little modeling challenge ;-) maybe someone know the answer ...

I used a chamfered box with straight edges for the cut out ... aaah actually no i didnt. I extruded the surface of the slider area and chamfered that one ...
