Yes, if money is not a problem then get a Cintiq. However it is pretty expensive.

Other than that I'd recommend a Wacom Intuos, it is slightly more expensive than the cheapest one, but it has a much nicer ergonomic pen with it so that is worthwhile, I think.

But you don't have to use a tablet with MoI, you can just use a normal mouse too.

In fact if you haven't already been spending time using a tablet for other things (such as photoshop, etc..), it is possible that it could feel weird to you. But if you do a lot of real drawing with a pencil or pen it could be good.
