Hi okapi - yup MoI can run under either of those.

If you are running MoI v1 on Windows 7, make sure to install the v1.1 update from here: http://moi3d.com/download.htm - MoI v1.0 does not work properly on Windows 7 but MoI v1.1 or 2.0 is fine there.
