Hi Steve, hmmm that is odd, you are supposed to be getting a tangent snap in there where you were expecting to see one in your video.

Can you please post a screenshot of what your options look like under Options > Snaps ?

Maybe there is some combination of settings there that is not being handled correctly.

If I can replicate your settings over here I can see if I can reproduce the problem.
