Hi mac, I'm not really familiar with Indigo myself, but possibly someone else here will be able to give you some tips.

I think Indigo has an export script set up for Blender (among other programs) ?

If so then you may want to check out Phil's recent tutorial on exporting from MoI to Blender to LuxRender: http://moi3d.com/forum/index.php?webtag=MOI&msg=2652.1
Probably many of the details specific to the Indigo export script will be different than the LuxRender export script but the parts that cover general Blender use would be still applicable.
