Yes, the further I got into it I understood more and more that I did not really know what I was asking for....
What I ended up doing is a projection of a grid onto a plane I made between the curves, then I (rhino..) made a median curve and moved the line segments to equal spacing with snapping. I'll make a photo of the job once it's done.... Crazy table legs....
