UV from Planar Oddity

I'm no expert, so I dont even know if its right or wrong, but it seems weird (hence the bringing it up).

See the screenshot from Rhino. The UVs from a plane created with Moi's "Planar" function are different than the others. The work was all done in MoI and then ctrl+c and ctrl+v to RhinoV4 (same result when opening the 3dm in Rhino too). In Rhino, the texture mapping was left as default.

Attached is the file made in MoI.
