Hi Nick,

You can draw a sphere, then a square.
To project the square on the surface:
- select the square, and use the Curve, Project command.
- You will be asked to "Select the projection target".
- Click on the sphere.
- The square will be projected on both sides of the sphere surface (simply delete the unneeded projected shape from the other side).
