You have yet the format "Obj" export that you can reload in any 3D softs :)
Menu FIle /Export OBJ and you can make some choices that you wish:)
Clic yours objects on the canvas, choice the nature of export
3dm, iges, Stl, or "OBJ" :)
Enter a name
And you will appear your object in it futur aspect in polygons :)
You can enable some caracteristics of export nb of poly, quad triangles etc...
Seems it's the better system Nurbs ---> polys at this day ! (all progs confused)
