You'll have some rough patches due to supports, but these usually disappear in molding. Are you going with resin or metal?

One thing you may encounter is a waxy sheen left over. If you put the part in baking soda, and bake in an oven for several hours at around 190F, this will draw out a large part of the wax. Then soak for a short time in rubbing alcohol, scrub with a old toothbrush, and then you can hit with some goo-b-gone, and windex for a final rinse.

I only do these steps for vulcanized molds, which can react with the wax that is used as the support material.
