Hi Janne, there currently isn't an option for that.

Probably the best way to move DWG data into MoI right now would be to use Rhino to open the DWG and save it out as a 3DM file.

I do want to try and add it in the future, but unfortunately it is not a particularly easy format to work with, it will probably take a fair amount of work to add support for it so I'm not quite sure exactly when that may happen.
