SketchUp doesn't actually do curves. All circles, arcs, etc. are composed of straight-line entities. You cannot have polylines, except using ruby script weld.rb to connect (join) various segments in one. As a workaround now you can use 3dmCurves2Dxf to export curves from MoI and import to SketchUp, change from entity info, the number of segments if it is possible, to get a smoother curve.

Personally, I prefer to finish my shape in MoI, and export to SketchUp. The result is much better.
