It seemed to work fine for me over here, this is the result:




But I noticed that you have a couple of curve objects in there as well - make sure not to select those as part of the cutting objects because they will also try to drill holes as well which you don't want there.

I selected those curves and deleted them first to get them out of the way before I did the boolean.
