Hi Andras, sometimes the trick is to make the surface larger than what you need and then trim excess parts or holes out of it to make it fit to the desired shape, rather than trying to construct surfaces that follow immediately along that area.

If you try to surface always directly following right along the final edges, it will tend to be difficult to make larger surfaces where the edges change a lot.

Sometimes this is difficult to get started with, because it means you have to kind of imagine your surface as a larger sheet that extends past the immediate area.
