Hi Daniel, for version 1.0 there isn't really any plug-in system available.

I decided to focus just on things like basic features and the regular documentation first, before focusing on documentation for plug-ins.

It is pretty time consuming to document and also to support a plug-in system, it probably won't happen for a while yet, probably more like a v3 thing, I'm not really sure.

Maybe in v3 - of course it also depends on whether the maxwellrender people would develop it.
