Ok, I finally got around to doing a new icon for MoI.

Here's what it looks like on XP (old on left, new on right):



It also works with the ginormous style icons for Vista:



If you are tired of looking at the old icon, you can grab the new one here:

Unzip that, copy the .ico file to a folder somewhere (you can put it inside of MoI's folder under c:\Program Files), and then right-click on the shortcut that you use to start MoI and click the "Change Icon" button, then push the Browse button and find the .ico file that you saved earlier.
