Hi Defonten, there are a lot of potential things that can mess up filleting and it's hard to diagnose what your particular case might be from a screenshot alone.

Please post the .3dm model file so it's possible to examine your objects in more detail.

One thing to note is that with the surrounding geometry being tightly curved the fillet radius is going to be limited to be quite small there.
