Newby question...

I want to move or copy (same issue) an object by a specific distance and angle - and I'm clearly missing something. Can anyone educate me please. Using latest v4 beta on Windows 10.

Circle drawn in top view and selected.
Click copy command.
Command palette requests base point: left click to establish that base point.
Command palette requests target point...
I put the text cursor into the 'd' field, type number, tab to 'angle filed' type number. Hit enter.
Nothing happens.
Hit enter again - I just exit the command with no result.
