No, not really - MoI is a type of CAD program and the geometry technology that CAD programs are based on focus on precision geometry like exact spheres and cylinders, not things with rough small details. Something like that is better suited for polygon mesh type geometry rather than CAD spline surface geometry.

It's possible to bring in an image as a background bitmap as a reference to draw over. You can do that with the View > Image command.

As soon as the last area of work is complete, I'm still finishing up dimension text export to PDF format.
