Hi Al, let me see what I can come up with.

It sounds like you would ideally like for MoI to run without displaying any UI at all. That will probably be hard for me to do right now, it is theoretically possible but it would require a fair amount of testing and reworking of dependencies since MoI isn't really designed to run without showing its main window.

But I think I should be able to cook up something that will do the job, the main window will just have to be displayed initially at least.
