Hi hunter07, you would make that by making 2 helixes using Draw curve > More > Helix, with a line running down the center axis of the thinner one like so:



Select the thinner one only (not the line though) like this:



Then run Transform > Deform > Flow, and select the line as the base curve and the squat helix as the target curve . That will produce this result:



Draw a circle a little ways away from it (outside the bounding box so that "auto place" mode for sweep will be used), and use Construct > Sweep to sweep it along the path to make a tube:
