Yup, you can just copy that file to your other computer to bring all your settings over.

You can either copy it to that same spot %APPDATA%\Moi\ , or you can also place the moi.ini file in the same directory as moi.exe, if it finds it there it will load it.

By default it puts it in that %APPDATA% dir because users who don't have admin rights can't write to files under \Program Files.
