I tried different technique you posted here and I will try to be more accurate to explain my issue.

The technique using the merge bolean works pretty well for symetrical paneling.
In my case the paneling is not symetrical.

1 = My solid
2 = Solid + Curve
3 = Solid + Curve different angle
4 = My issue after trying to extrude my curves.



With the different techniques I tried I end up with issue ( cannot fillet the geo after operation )
I hope it will makes more sense.
