Hi,
this may help.
1)Create temporary lines.
2)Blend between them.
3)Loft straight with close and planar to form solid.
4)Extrude Fan chamber.
5)Boolean union and add fillets if required.
6)Remove Entry and Exit faces.
7)Shell.
