please take the one "last Version" by James. This is a new Version with all extensions. For V4 extract the nodeeditor folder under C:\Users\"Your user Name"\AppData\Roaming\Moi\

Please show us your installation path.

Create a shortcut e.g. F5 with moi.ui.createDialog( 'moi://appdata/nodeeditor/index.html', 'resizeable,defaultWidth:680,defaultHeight:420', moi.ui.mainWindow );

The custom UI may be points to the wrong path - I don't know - I didn't use it.
