SeparateSidePanePallets.js in Startup folder is working great in MoI4Beta, High Def monitor.
I had to open the Beta twice, initially.
20/20 corrected vision recommended:-)

With Subd menu minimized, all the other menu's, including Dim, are open, and Just fit.
