Slight discrepancy in measurment between Rhino & Moi?

HI Michael,
yes here are two files -

they are both decimal points off, instead of dealing with round numbers like I am working with in rhino

I am using the beta version from USb -
But I think I tested in version 3 and it was the same issue.
