Thanks for your response. There are two issues, one that when I try to thicken the sweep surface by using the shell command something weird happens at the intersection( see attached images 3 and 4 ). The second issue is cleaning the interior intersection of these interconnecting tubes. I used the Boolean Merge Command to delete but it didn’t work.

I appreciate if tell me what is the best method to create this shape (See image 5)
