in case you don't believe this would be possible to do such things
like "link tax"... a MODO Forum user just gave me this link:

If Uganda can do this, im pretty sure the EU can do what they
want to do, once the EU law has passed, easily... :-(

And once the EU implemented this, who will follow next???
