Chromebook and MoI

No I don't think so - a chromebook is meant to be used basically as a web browser terminal where you are only accessing web sites with it. You don't install software locally with it (with maybe a few exceptions for lightweight smartphone like apps possibly), you only use "cloud based" services with it.

MoI isn't a web based program that would work like that. One thing that might be possible is to have MoI running on a regular desktop computer and access that by remote desktop on the chromebook though.
