For the Windows version v4 uses the same shortcuts as V3, from the same entry in the same moi.ini file so that's normal that they will be the same.

For the Mac version v4 uses a separate area of the moi.ini file ([Shortcut Keys Mac] instead of [Shortcut Keys]) than Mac v3 to avoid conflicts with Mac v3 which did not support using Alt+ separately from Cmd+ . It will be initialized though with the contents of the v3 [Shortcut Keys] section.

But any new shortcut keys you create in Mac v4 will be separate from Mac v3 and stored in the separate section in moi.ini .
