There's a limitation of the fillet engine handling that fillet folding over on itself.

You could choose a fillet size that fits, like a .145

You could look at the result of deleting that little patch and adding an nsided patch there. But our nsided is still lacking in a few more options to match tangencies and curvatures with the connecting edges.
