If your Moi is running on a Windows OS usually you can find your moi.ini file in "C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\Moi\moi.ini"

Or you can get the ini file using the Moi's option panel : http://take.ms/0YDVl

Into "moi.ini" files look at "[Shortcut Keys]" section.
