Nice to hear news about the progress, I always get excited about major rewrites, generally means lots of new goodies :)
Any chance in that major UI rewrite there's any easier support for customizing the UI, like allowing custom icon packs or easier deployment/toggling of modified themes without having to edit the stock system files?
