OS X Yosemite - MoI 3.0 won't start :-(

Same happened with me Stefan, I downloaded the new MOI3D 3.1 installed it, and it ran perfectly.
BTW I then decided to update to El Capitan IOS and MOI3D ran perfectly in that as well.
