I've attached a file with some ideas for the hard way. I've tryed to reconstruct the shape, based on the given drawing - but some informations are missing( depth of the place for the lable, ...). After you have reconstruct all faces and get an impression of the underling geometries, you have to redesign all surfaces with a reduced number of controllpoints (look at the curvature comp:( ). I have used some geometrical assumptions, that might not be correct - it's only one way to find the underlying shapes. The used geometry is hidden in the file - have a look - I hope that helps;)

p.s.: In the file are some tolerance problems, it's q-n-d - so don't use it for your test!
