Hi, yes.
Click on "Cutting Plane" under the "View" tab. Then draw a line that represents the direction of the cut. No need to select the objects, it will automatically take in consideration all the solids and surfaces in the scene, including the hidden ones.
It will create a cutting plane from the extrusion that would be generated from that line. The cutting plane will go under a "Cutting planes list" similar to objects, styles, types. So you can have more than one, delete one, or flip the direction of the cutting plane.
