You can just use the "Attachments" button to upload your image an an attachment to your message. That will put it as a link at the end of your message that can be clicked on to download and view the image.

The fancier option is to insert your image inline inside your message as well.

To do that, you first upload your image as an attachment. When you see the link for the attachment appear, right-click it and choose "Copy link location" to copy the web address of your new image attachment.

Now you have to insert some HTML code in your message to have the image show up directly inside the message. The code looks like this:

<img src="image_address_here">

where you replace the image_address_here part with the pasted-in address you copied with the right-click before.
