I built the model entirely in MoI. It was rendered in Flamingo NxT via Rhino 5 and still needs some Photoshop touchup.

It probably took longer to assign the materials in Rhino than it took to build the model. I have had some passing thoughts about The Plant Factory. Most rendering tools have no available plant material and NxT does so I stick with it though other render tools do produce better results.

The animal hospital is fairly small (less than 3000 sq ft) with an apartment above.

As usual, MoI is a joy to work with. It is more fun than work, actually.
