It's not what I was looking for though I'm afraid.
While Transform / Flow is there, it's not exactly the most intuitive of tool for a (relatively) very simple task.
The process of bending or tapering an object usually has a very elegant and straightforward input method in so many other programs. MOI is outstanding in its intuitive interface, and generally a huge pleasure to use. It's why it seems a glaring oversight to me.
