I still have a little bit of hope that I may be able to wrap up v3 by the end of the year, but pretty much any time that I make a prediction on how long it will take it always ends up wrong.

It's basically entering into the later stages of the v3 cycle right now - but it's pretty hard for me to pin an exact number on how much time is left, a wild guess is between 1 to 6 months.
