Can moi import a 3ds format file, wanted dead or alive a human skull model

Hi Guys

Does anyone have a 3dm human skull they would share or sell
I have designed a ring that needs a pair of skulls added

I have found one here

but its a 3ds or obj , I don't know if I can import and chop up these into my design
