Hi Brian, not that I know of currently.

If you position the x-axis of the construction plane along one of those lines and then draw a new line snapped on to the other one's end the angle readout in the bottom toolbar would tell it to you, that shows the angle of the line as measured from the x-axis of the current construction plane.
