I can indeed select de different options in the drop down menu by using the arrow keys after selecting the box. It doesn't however actually drop down.

mmm could it be the vista brico inspirat transformation pack ??? haven't had any trouble with other programs till now allthough it's installed for over a year??

edit : have even de-installed the vista brico pack (Description : BricoPack Vista Inspirat is a free pack which modifies Windows XP system files in order to change its appearance and make it look like Windows Vista.) but that didn't make any difference.....

Resetting IE doesn't make any difference either...
