Note I removed the "rounded corners" before solids, then put them on after.
Although, you had dimmed a 6 mm fillet for one edge, that wouldnt fit with a 4mm fillet on the corners (I showed this in the video). If these exact dims are required then you may have to do a network of curves to create the sufrace in one fell swoop.
